BUILT BY COMMUNITY. SINCE 1955.
Green Gully was founded in 1955 as Ajax Soccer Club by Maltese immigrants. The club adopted the green and white colours of Floriana in Malta, a connection that remains part of Gully’s identity today.
The club moved to Green Gully Reserve in 1966 and became Green Gully Soccer Club in 1982. Known as the Cavaliers, Green Gully has built a proud history in Melbourne’s west, on and off the football pitch.

Some of the best things at Green Gully were built by families who wanted to give something back. You can do the same, by backing a project that will stand for years: our change rooms, our facilities, or the academy that develops the next generation of Gully players.
